This policy explains what information the mobile game Neon Spire (“the App”) collects and why. The App is published by Issei Harada (“we”).
The App does not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any other information that directly identifies you.

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App asks for your permission before using the advertising identifier for tracking. If you decline, the App still works exactly the same — you will simply see ads that are less relevant to you.
You can change this at any time in
Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device.
These services process data on our behalf. Their own policies apply:
Your best score, sound setting, and number of games played are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us. Deleting the App removes them.
Game Center is the one exception. If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, your score is sent to Apple at the end of each game so that it can appear on the leaderboards, alongside the Game Center nickname you chose. We never receive your Apple Account, your real name, or your email address, and we keep no scores on any server of our own. If a score cannot be sent right away (for example, with no network), it is kept on your device until it can be.
If you are not signed in to Game Center, nothing is sent and every other part of the App works exactly the same. Signing out of Game Center in your device settings stops any further scores being sent. Scores already on the leaderboards are held by Apple rather than by us, so a request to remove them goes to Apple.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data about you. Because the App does not collect information that identifies you personally, we may be unable to locate data relating to you specifically. You can stop all collection by deleting the App.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・連絡先・写真・ 位置情報など、個人を直接特定する情報は取得しません。

iOS 14.5 以降では、広告識別子をトラッキングに使用する前に許可を求めます。 許可しなくても本アプリの機能は一切制限されません。 表示される広告の関連性が下がるだけです。
設定は端末の 設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › トラッキング からいつでも変更できます。
以下の事業者が、当方に代わって情報を処理します。各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
ハイスコア・サウンド設定・プレイ回数は端末内にのみ保存され、当方には送信されません。 アプリを削除すると消去されます。
Game Center のみが例外です。端末で Game Center にサインインしている場合、 ゲーム終了時にスコアが Apple へ送信され、あなたが設定した Game Center のニックネームとともに ランキングに掲載されます。Apple アカウント・氏名・メールアドレスを当方が受け取ることはなく、 スコアを当方のサーバーに保存することもありません。通信がないなどで送信できなかったスコアは、 送信できるようになるまで端末内に保持されます。
Game Center にサインインしていない場合、送信は一切行われず、他の機能はすべて同じように動作します。 端末の設定で Game Center からサインアウトすれば、以後スコアは送信されません。 すでにランキングに登録されたスコアは当方ではなく Apple が保有します。 削除のご請求は Apple へお願いします。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。お子様の個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。 お子様の情報が送信されたと思われる場合は、下記までご連絡ください。削除いたします。
お住まいの地域によっては、ご自身に関するデータの開示・訂正・削除を請求する権利が認められる場合があります。 ただし本アプリは個人を特定できる情報を取得していないため、特定の方に紐づくデータを見つけられない場合があります。 アプリを削除すれば、以後の取得はすべて停止します。
内容に重要な変更があった場合は、本ページ冒頭の日付を更新します。
